If there's any doubt it's the same character, look at the hair ornaments. No luck with results on iqdb, all tags found aside artist were generic.
The works are attributed to two different artists, but if not for the tags I'd have thought it was the same artist, style is eerily similar.
Anyone know where the images are from(game, doujin etc)? As it's two artists I doubt it's an original character.
It's one of mascots for Melonbooks, just like melon-chan and her "sisters". I'd guess it's something like "raspberry-chan".
