I finally scanned the last of my currently available settei books which is of Revolutionary Girl Utena. You can find high-res images of it over here. There are a few lower-res settei added as well that I've found.

The way Cgyaojiaohai works is that the users upload things that they sell for points. Which you have to purchase, with your actual real life money.
To purchase points, you have to go through any of their mobile apps. Which can only be used if you are literally Chinese, because their government won't let you use those services if you are not.
