About 2 books you shared((ブレザー女子描き方参考帖 & 打てる！ドット絵超入門: Aseprite v1.2.8を使って描く！), their aspect ratio were modified and there are some page margins. The page margins might be added intentionally, but I don't think you changed the aspect ratio intentionally. So I trimmed the page margins and changed the aspect ratio to the original value(I figured out the original aspect ratio from the cover images on Amazon).
