I had same experience once. I bought a kindle book with my cc, and I got same message ステータス ---> 処理中 and I couldn't download the kindle. So I send an email to customer service. After a few hours later, they said sometimes it takes time so please wait, something like that. Then I waited and I eventually got my kindle. I think it took 3~4 hours.
