Your account address setting is probably fine.

Do you use exact same email address and password in Amazon.com & Amazon.jp ?
If you do, it might be causing problem according to these.

And I have several questions.

What VPN service are you using?
Have you tried other VPN service?
what did your VPN staff say exactly?
How did you check whether your VPN is working?
I already changed my password but since I don't use the same email, I thought it'd be OK. I might need to use another password as I often used this one on different sites.

- vpn.asia and GetFlix
- Only tried these two.
- The staff told me that their VPN is in no way insured for purchasing stuff on Amazon Japan. They especially created it to watch US Netflix outside the US. (To have more content and pay less)
- I checked my IP and I was told I'm in Tokyo, Japan. Your site with your VPN, also told me I was in Japan, so I thought it was OK.
