Hmm... I don't know what's causing you this problem honestly.
Well, I checked my account at [アカウントサービス]----- > [コンテンツと端末の管理]----->[設定]----->[国/地域設定] and once I click on it, it was written 日本, I had to enter the japanese address again and this time I wrote the address in Kanji.

I finally received my ¥5000,I hope I'll be able to use it for the purchase.
I wish I could buy directly without having to pay for gift card... that's somehow a stupid policy.
