BTW, I have bought Pro Motion Ng very recently, and Pyxel Edit Pro. With Aseprite and Hexel 3, I think I have tested all the available tool to create Pixel Art.
To me, Pixel Art is easier than drawing a normal character. Even people not good at drawing can create Pixel Art character if they know how to gather pixel together and mix the color to create the shape of what appear to be a character.
I have seen the tutorials of the designer of the video game CELESTE. He's Brazilian and very talented with Pixel Art.
I also like vector Art, even if I prefer drawing normally. It appears that Pixel Art help us to make great game without spending too much time on design.
