Most of the books here are in Japanese, Korean or even in Chinese. As far as I remember, books translated into English can be counted on the fingers of one hand, which means that there are not many of them.
You can eventually find the famous "How to draw Manga" series whose new book will be released in English for about $45 next month and so unless the author is English speaking, I doubt very much that you will find Japanese books translated into English, because they are very rare.
On the other hand, some books have been translated by members, and we will soon create a translation channel on my server to pay the translators for the books we submit to them privately.
