Anyways while not having anything to do being "unemployed for now" and since I accidentally switched day with night for like the 100th time, what would you do? Unlike other countries going out after 21.00-06.00 for a snack or a cup of coffee is like impossible unless you count in 7elven which unfortunately is hard to get by unless you got a car (trains and the metro/buses shutdowns after like 02.00~ and won't begin untill 05-06.00). People don't seem that active unlike other countries and big cites were the nightlife is as awesome as during the day (perhaps even better? :o)

It's also raining here so my current break or semester is pretty awful D:. The only thing avail is sitting under my roof hoping for a better day or what do come up with the next day. A couple of friends of mine as in the same position as well. So while home what could you come up with? Plying games, chatting with people around the world yay~~, drawing sketches of I dunno what. Anything else? Series is what got me hooked up during these lazy days when I could get a good laugh or start crying >.>, but they have an end or continues next week...

But anyways, what's your recommendation/call? Please be gentle on comments and tips :)

I usually chat/browse the net, play eroge, read manga, watch lot of anime, read some japanese learning books and..let's leave the last one to your immagination =3=

at nights I hang on imouto, watch anime, read manga, play mmo, read forums

well if you have friends same as you why not to hang out with them? I do it with my friends, d&d or just chatting until 5-6am ftw

oh and I love to take strolls at night time, I find town much more beautiful at night

Reading/Learning English is half of my free time, and others are reading science books, reading light novels, reading visual novels.. orz, 90% of my free time is reading

at night, many shops are open 24/7 in Japan. but I'm spending reading still while hanging around at night :p

Also Imbir what mmo is that? The one I used to play with friends was Ragnarok online but that was ages ago :S. It seems to we do share the interest of spending time out in the night but seriously... getting assaulted is one of my concerns and most of my friends don't feel the same way, perhaps during fridays/saturdays to pass the time, being slightly tipsy and all. Reading manga usually made me lose the track of time, I could spend hours just sitting there >.>. Anyways thanks for your inputs so far :)

Feito I play WoW atm but it is almost symbolic, I play maybe 10h a week with raids and even less now when we have no raids because of summer. I played AO a lot back in time.

Why yes, it is. You do have to put up with policemen assuming you're a thief, though. The Japanese police force are more xenophobic than the rest of the entire population put together, I swear.

Play games, laze around on IRC, study more Japanese, translate random things, go to university.

I'm CPA so I have much time to watch anime, hang around the internetz, listen music and play mmos. I do my work fast so I can go back to the fun.
Not too much really.

Eletrical building houses and Condos its a living but i have to keep my passion for anime a secret or else i will get harassed lol.

novels are a tool for refresh myself when I got tired reading technical/academical books, so it's written simple Japanese.. like dengeki novels, fujimi (dragon) -novels, e.t.c..
I'm currently reading '緋弾のアリア' & 'えむえむっ!!'
as an aside, my first novel was 'legend of lodoss war'. when I was junior~ middle school.. too difficult to read it.

Try "A Separate Peace" by John Knowles. It's a lot better when you're out of high school and you're not forced to read it.

Being forced to read something and write essays on it constantly can make even the best books boring :(

all i do is stay on the computer a lot, i am working on a few rpgs so those keep me busy.

-I play games, mostly fighting games. At night I play something called Trickster.
-Sometimes I go and visit the arcades. I play a lot of Pump It Up.
-I go for a walk around downtown, visiting friends and stuff.
-I watch anime, though now I don't watch as much as I used to.

I live a lazy and painful life as of now.

What I'm doing in my spare time is 30% online (chat, download etc), 20% is grab some snack, play game, eat, read manga, printing Tony's artworks and put it to the wall... And other 50% is Drawing...

Drawing is my hobby but I don't think my drawing is good enough compared with moe's :D... I noob at PS too... T.T Love Tony Taka's work...

I'm Indonesian, here, no one support me to keep my hobby... Of course they only say "It's good", no more... Sad... My mother and father always telling me to become a doctor instead... T.T and so here I am, trapped in biology exam instead of manga debut...

collecting image(board)s , progging stuff

I post on image boards telling people what I do in my spare time. But besides that, I teach a Japanese class to people who want to try and learn the language at a library near my high school... for a small fee. I guess it's somewhat work, but it's always fun so I don't consider it tasking. I also draw, look through my artbooks, read manga, watch anime... you know the typical Asian stuff. I used to hack and program a lot; though that eventually got boring and I picked up drawing along with CG.

My free time is spent watching anime and playing games!
My favourite past time is eating! because i like cooking a lot!!! place where I live is really quiet. and no shops after 22:00. I like walking around at nights, to calm myself!
