The only thing I was trying to point out is anything that is going to be looked at should be viewed from both sides before becoming a rule.
Like I mentioned, I think it'd be an improvement to move posting rules and guidelines to the wiki, next to the tag guidelines. Keep the important stuff (most obviously, prohibited: child pornography), but IMO, there's really no benefit to talking about JPEG artifacts, watermarks or furries in the TOS proper.
Well I sorta slimmed it down and moved it to the wiki
I figured for the most part people will just blindly click accept.....Terms of Service

I actually read it ^^. Then... of course as time progress, I forget them all.
What is high quality?
High Resolution as in size? High Quality as in picture quality? And we can already forget high res and high quality because that is obviously a yes. But how about lower res but high quality?
I haven't read the entire "allowing low res thread yet", so i'll just let ya spoil me here.

I notice that post #2309 has the loli tag, but it's rating:s (several other s/q ones, too). I thought that tag was only being used on rating:e stuff, so that's what I've been doing. (It makes sense, I think, since you can't blacklist on "rating:e AND loli".) Is the tag being used on all ratings, or maybe those should be removed?
That's being done on danbooru and not here afaikpetopeto said:

High resolution/High quality is still the answer. That is what the whole purpose of moe.imouto.org is.What is high quality?
Just read it and you'll understand.I haven't read the entire "allowing low res thread yet", so i'll just let ya spoil me here.
A suggestion for tag guidelines: among the tag types that we share with Danbooru, use the same tag names for the same thing. It generally makes searching and importing easier, and there's no point in being inconsistent. This is more or less the status quo already.
If we really don't like one of their tags, it could be aliased, but I havn't seen many there that bugged me.

Generally the same series and character tags are used here as at danbooru. There are some differences (vocaloid_2 for everything vs vocaloid for example) and danbooru might romanize some things differently, but yes again you can alias.
The main difference will be in artists.

TOS changes
The first point I'd like to raise is that its way too long. Should try to slim it down to be less then half a "page"
