So, does the fact that post #105894 is uncensored mean that someone actually went to the trouble of photoshopping the pussy in but didn't make the effort to put the various pieces together? I find it very hard to believe that the dakimakura itself was uncensored. Even ignoring Japanese laws, I don't think that the pussy matches the rest of the artwork. It's too amateurish.
In any case, I find it interesting that someone would go to the trouble of photoshopping in the missing genitalia but not put the image together (and since the original images were posted by someone different than the person who posted the completed one, it looks like the person who photoshopped the image was not the one who put the pieces together).
genitals censoring isn't a law. it's a custom. in photos, they're already regarded as a law. but in drawings, it's still just a rule of associations of companies related to commercial publishing. doujins were free from them in the past. but in recent years, comiket started same censoring rules with commercial products. then many doujin products followed. but not all.
Everything that I've heard on the matter was that it was the law, but I don't claim to be an expert on the matter. It did seem odd to me that someone would uncensor the pic but not put the pieces together. Then again, I think that her genitals here are very poorly drawn in comparison to the rest of the image, so I'm not sure it's exactly a win. In any case, thanks for the info.

Because many japanese also believe it's the law. then it's the law. Few knows the truth, thus the truth can't beat the custom.

the scans were done by notebleed, who hasn't any editing skills. admin2/aurelia just imported them. thus the originals must be uncensored.

Well, if people believe it to be the law, they'll act like it is. And if a police officer didn't understand the legal difference between full nudity with a real photo or video and full nudity with a manga or anime, then you could be in trouble if you had uncensored anime or manga. Still, I would hope that the police generally understand whatever the law is. And I find it _very_ hard to believe that just because it's custom, it would actually be law. I assume that it's more of a case of potentially getting yourself in trouble simply because most people don't understand.
