Probably nothing important since it says "1990's" in the background. From the thumbnail, I thought there might be something new to Sailor Moon like an Anime or something. I have been corrected.

Nice image of Usagi though.

All "top X" lists are pointless, as it eventually just boils down to "I like this person more than this other one, and I don't care about your opinion."

Having said that, Goku should totally be the top male character.

No, because Goku has no personality traits. He's just an overpowered dude that pwns everyone coz "zomg he's from an alien warrior race".

People like Allen Schezard, Yushiro Gowa, Toya, Spike Spiegel, etc. are better candidates for best 90 male char.

MISATO WINS. She's the best!! It's hard to find a great personality like hers on mangas nowadays. Manga characters are starting to be created to fill stereotypes. She's an exception.

misato reminds me of a friend i used to go out with... female personality, i like GITS SAC's motoko kusanagi or FMP's chidori kaname, nurse witch komugi chan's kyori kokubunji and rei ayanami (maybe a lot of times i can relate to her...) ... as for male personality, that would be oudoboro jing's jing, demonbane's daijuji kurou (pretty weird taste), kuroshitsuji's undertaker and FMP's sousuke sagara
