Most anything can be unhealthy - even deadly - when taken to the extreme. Still, I don't think that I've ever actually heard of a girl trying to get smaller breasts, let alone dying because of it. Plenty of weird stuff happens all the time though.

You do get it, you can even get the surgery on insurance/nhs. Of course, these are people where nature took size to excess leading to back problems.

A girl MAY suffer from an extremely flat chest that her cup size is AAAAAAAAAAA[scouter breaks], so much so that the nipples invert poking at her heart possibly damaging a heart valve causing internal bleeding, which leads to death... that's my hypothesis. I'm sure there are many medical inconsistencies in what I just said.

I do think there are some girls that want smaller breasts. Some because they have an enormous quantity that gives them back problems like SciFi said, but there are more reasons. Like i read about a girl who was cosplaying a male character and wanted a flat chest. She binded her breasts so hard that she broke some ribs, causing her lungs to collapse. Consequently she died.

Sounds interesting, mind pointing me to the way of the said story? Because I'm not getting any hits on my search, and usually stories like this hit the internet and stay there.

From Kalessin's post all the way down to Ponnkun's post is really interesting but what ToshioTV sounds scary in a way (even though I'm not a female). Ouch.

I made a quick search on my archives but couldn't find it. I read it long ago though. I remember it was on a cosplay forum. The girl used Ace Band and overdid it (like for some hours she was ok, but then it happened cause this ace band thing is a product for compression, so it actually gets tighter with time). On the same thread there were many people who used the ace band and survived...so i guess it was a merry-go-unlucky case (maybe the girl had fragile bones and/or was too skiny, who knows).

I know! what people do for "the outer self". (On that cosplay note...there are also guys who cosplay female characters and hide their testicles by shoving them up into the womb or sth like that - that also sounds very painful :S).
