.............I'm going to cry.
Do both sites account for time zone? Remember the USA went summer time 2 weeks ago, everyone else switches tonight.
The 1min can be accounted for by the usual delays in the internet.
I don't know really. If they don't then that could explain how he can be a minute ahead of an actual picture upload.

We went into spring, not summer. Summer begins in June.
I know we went into spring (though the weather might disagree), but it is called British Summer Time here as opposed to the Greenwich Mean Time used over winter.
wow, didn't realize that other countries besides the US and Canada did that nonsense.. :)

Here in Brazil this is done, but from october to february. And only in half of the country, which can make some things confusing >_>

Most of the world does it, I believe. What really gets fun is when you have time zones which are off by half-an-hour or fifteen minutes rather than an hour. When you get down to it, time and time zones are pretty disgusting - especially as a programmer. Sometimes I really wish that we'd all just go by UTC and who cares whether the time of day has any relation to the sun. The folks in Britain can get up at 8:00 while the folks in New York get up at 13:00. It would definitely make life easier for computers...

Russia is one of the worse culprits Xp Spanning nearly 12 hours but only having 4 zones as I recall.
And do away with a single idiot being able to shift daylight savings by two weeks.
Unfortunately our weather isn't so sure it is spring. It's snowing again!
