other pictures tagged with moe has different looking character so I'm guessing it wasn't right (and removed it)

also wallpaper is only added based on the width and height of the picture (look here http://moe.imouto.org/wiki/show?title=wallpaper )
oh and (the list goes on) when you fix a picture, be sure to remove all the fault tags that you have fixed from the picture (like crease in this one) and if you remove text, add detexted tag

If you care about those tags, then you add them. If you want to complain about people not using a bunch of random, obscure, mostly useless tags, then try Danbooru...

The only tags we expect uploaders to use are blacklisting tags and, when at all possible, artist tags. We want to teach people about image quality, not tag OCD. It's not the job of every uploader to learn dozens of nitty tags, it's the job of the people who want a tag to maintain it.

I agree with petopeto.
But, just like Azarel does, I feel that image fault tags are important. So they should be added as soon as they are on spot. If it's by the uploader or by any user, it doesn't matter.
After all, it's useful to organize fixme posts by their kind of problem. For reasons of fixing and deletion.

In my opinion,from this doujinshi,the art style of Riko Korie began to change , becomed much more skillful and closer to her present popular style.
