Such fun often gets out of hand and clogs up the comments. Moderators are going to tell you to stop and/or delete comments if they think that things are getting out of hand. Such moderation may be too heavy handed or not heavy enough depending on the situation, but it's going to happen, and on the whole, it seems to make things more pleasant around here rather than less.

If you want to know what's the "move on" should mean,you need to look up a dictionary.Unfortunately in my dictionary "move on" have the first meaning as go on.

If you want to know what topic should not go on,you should write down a warning in a rule that everyone can easily look up,or everyone will go on.

If you want to be a ruler,unfortunately no one can be a ruler including Hitler,except he write down a constitution but not use his mouth or gun.

Technically true, but it ALMOST ALWAYS means "move on from this place," i.e. "leave."
