It's a manga only at the moment, although it would make a hilarious anime. It's called YurU Yuri actually, there's also a Yuri Yuri done by the same mangaka/artist (Namori) with different characters. The yuri is quite light in Yuru Yuri, but Chitose (the character with the nosebleed) is quite the pervert, especially without her glasses on. As the character's description says:

Ikeda Chitose, 14 years old. A member of the student council. A helpful character whose extreme yuri fantasies make the yuri quotient of this manga rise dramatically. While fantasizing, she removes her glasses to block her vision so she can concentrate.

She's pretty much the only one who gets nosebleeds, but there's other yuri pairings as well. Chinatsu likes Yui (Yui doesn't seem to realize it though), Sakurako and Himawari are basically tsundere for each other. (Yep you read that right, they're both tsundere for the other, so their relationship is quite amusing.) Ayano likes Kyouko, and is a bit tsundere for her.

It's actually a quite funny manga, think of it as Ichigo Mashimaro with slightly older girls, more girls and lots more yuri in it. Nothing R-18 however. It's one of my absolute favorite mangas. ♪（*＾ー゜)ｖ（*＾▽＾*）*☆ガンバ☆♪

Nosebleeds can be caused by stress, because nosebleeds can occur due to high blood pressure (which can occur from stress), so yes, it's actually possible; can't say I've seen it, but it's possible.

Personally, when my blood pressure goes up, every once in a while, i get a nosebleed. Only once could it possibly could have been caused by a girl though. Can't say for sure ^_^

maybe Japanese are all anemic or have really thin blood

I once had a nosebleed during a science SOL (Standard of learning(Like a final exam)) thank got it didn't get on the paper... In the end I got a 394(?) out of 400... No sleep for the win?
Really I had just thought the nose bleed stuff was just a joke to amplify the exclamation of the victim...

It is a joke/exaggeration of Japanese culture, just like the sneezing concept, they shouldn't be taken seriously lol.... ( ´・ω・｀)

I do have a cousin and a sister who always get nosebleeds randomly in the winter though, due to dry noses.

It is possible, but it's pretty rare. Plus it's very unlikely you'll get that whole blood-gusher thing, it'd be more of a trickle. I've not actually seen it happen myself though. ┐(￣ー￣)┌

Heh... Nosebleeds are odd, once it starts you think you can just lick up the blood till it stops but then you realize how the blood will be smeared below your nose. Then you try pinching, but by now it's dripping and kind of messy, then it stops and you are thinking... " I need to find a sink."
Either that or you right away pinch... Or is that just me?

It can happen but it's not very likley, unless it's THAT much stress. Seeing somebody naked isn't going to turn your nose into the "Bloody Niagra Falls" (I am English, Pun intended.)

if you read the rule book, your arent sopposed to put only emoticons, you can only speak in japanese or english, and you're sopposed to only remark on the artwork, no pointless comments. but i'd rather not have rulz.
