Mitsumi Misato? The style after some time consuming comparison does resembles each other very closely.
Looks like Suzuri (硯) to me. Any other suggestions?

Isn't that artist Korie Riko in that same circle? KeroQ / Makura?

Suzuri is one of the artists for H2O.
He gave a guest work in the Sca-Ji Illustration book, on P73.
I haven't read mine as thoroughly as I should have.^^
