monochrome palmeros red_riding_hood

Edit | Respond

it seems to be the story of Little Red Riding Hood
can't the artist just decide which eye is covered with bandages?
Ah, I read this not too long ago. Artist is Palmeros.
there is something odd... It's a loop?
but i can't really understand how.
I'm not quite sure what's going on in this strip but I like it nonetheless.
I think it's too LONG to me...
this is answer of ending.

"girl body + wolf soul"

girl give her body to wolf.
I like it and the style, but I'm a little confused how this is "Little Red Riding Hood." I mean I can plainly see some resemblance, but the story... isn't exactly the classic. I see no grandmother here.
Grandma is on page 9, seems grandma was forcing the little girl to prostitute to make profit, and the wolf saw it and ate grandma.
Something like that, not sure.
oh my... this is a rather sad ending...
She meet the wolf, they were friends, grandma forces her to prostitution, wolf saves her, bad guys kill the wolf, lots of water, she dies.
That's what I could understand, though.
the story's key is in page 9

The original story that the "classic" is based on is actually a piece of gothic literature called "Company of Wolves" and was about sex. This version is similar in the fact that it depicts sexual themes but it's much more dark. (I think. I haven't actually read "Company of Wolves" but we discussed it in class.) Maariana is spot on.
