I've always thought Hinagiku is overrated, and yeah, this Athena is much better.

Hinagiku USED be decent, up until Kenjirou turned her into an extremely typical tsundere after the first several volumes.

its fine saying what character you like but... hating, no.
Either way, the results have shown that the most loved character by most people is Hinagiku. And 2nd A-tan.
For your reference, Hinagiku has won the 1st, 2nd, & 3rd(this times') contests. 3 straight V's.

Agreed, I preferred her as the sometimes shy, easily embarrassed type - dunno if there's a term for that specifically - essentially a Mio personality.

Erm, I'd say Mio is rather refined and a bit hard to embarrass, which was how Hinagiku was at first IMO, minus Mio easily getting violent.
Now Hinagiku's either tsun or dere at every given opportunity as if it were a running gag that I dislike.

Edit: (Woops, wasn't thiking about the K-on Mio for some reason.)
