It's hers but they both submit both of their works in the same doujin you should probably keep their circle tags as is and leave the artist's name.

Okie, I did that. Blazer One is only Amaduyu and Cut a dash!! is only Misato?
Or is any circle that include both of them?

We don't have a guideline yet (tag type: circle), but in general, circles' tags appear exactly with corresponding artists (that means no need to tag blazer one for this post).

Hmm however sometimes I think we should tag guest illusts with that doujinshi's circle as well..

For these cooperative doujinshis.. to distinguish every artist is a pain (esp. for similiar artists like muririn & kobuichi), so we always just tag them with all participants. Anyway if you can help separate them it will be appreciated.
