That.... is a nice thinking.... I kinda think the same too, but until we actually found the real artist of the background we can't just claim that the artist is a theft...

anyway, despite the fact that he/she drew anime character "bad" I do think his/her background is neat! Yeah... either he's not good with human portraying, or well.... that's just the artist's style?

not necessarily bad at human portraying, but the huge difference in texture.... is what makes this picture weird
