If I'm not mistaken:

Purple Heart (left) is the 'Big Sister', aka, the home console (Sega's Neptune), aka, the actual Goddess of her realm. Meanwhile Purple Sister (right) is the 'Little Sister', aka, the portable system (Sega's Game Gear in this case).

Child post is slightly smaller, there's a horizontal line with a slight alignment mismatch roughly halfway. Most visible in the object held by the left character.
