It's from latest Megami Magazine(メガミマガジン).

AnimePaper I presume.
Sorry, should've been more clear. I meant who the hell scanned, denoised it and where did they post it that eventually ended up here.

The usual suspect on AP.
Almost all the magazine scans are from suemura. I don't care about the quality of them too much since he is the only one who scans magazine pictures in years, despite I don't like AP.
AP papers is one of the reasons why this site exists.

Indeed.

That really depends if the user even wants those images to begin with. Every so often megami magazines do produce a few good ones such like this one but overall to me, maybe 1 every 10 issues will have a poster that would've sufficiently appealed to me.

I don't bother arguing much because I enjoy that we can digitally archive these illustration for future use, freely without everyone having to own a physical copy. It's just that in the archival process, we're only producing a partially useable image.

Of course not everyone is going for perseverance like me but that's just me. That's why when i screen and denoise, i do it slowly but i will always attempt to get a clear result.

I agree, I just meant that it's better to have the scans at all than nothing, as nobody else is doing the work. I imagine over time it becomes a grind so I don't blame them for not wanting to invest a large amount of time anymore. For the small number of scans I truly care about I try to improve them myself for my own collection, usually with mixed results.
We get what we can thanks to the people kind enough to share it with us. Sadly, not always the result will be what we're expecting.
