That tail seems a bit low. I would have expected it to come from just over her ass, but instead, it's coming out from about where he anus should be (making it kind of hard to go to the bathroom), which would make sense if it were connected with anal_beads, but it looks like it's supposed to be real.

Oh well. She's sexy, but once again, an artist did something which doesn't jive with reality (though it's not like cat tails on girls is particularly realistic in the first place).

The tail join does look quite furry, but I can't help noticing she has a human ear, so the cat ears may be a headband also, which would support the fake idea.

Problem with ears, problems with tail... I guess there's only one explanation : these are false cat's ears and and an anal plug tail.
