no png?
Not necessary using png for a very high-res but low details scan.
It's never necessary to add jpeg artifacts to any images.

and It's just 300dpi or less, not "very high-res".

OK... my upload bandwidth only up to 35KB/s, it should take half an hour to upload two PNGs, while it would stuck my net and can't do any other things. So I hate uploading png......

Don't worry they are as good as png you won't find out any jpeg artifacts.

No jpeg artifacts, but there is a shitton of colour-banding.

That's true, I'll upload pngs again.
And this one has some bugs on kimono belt, a line is not aligned and some details loss on dark side of the belt.
We recommend and we want anyone doing a fix to use the PNG version we have and retain that original quality of that format. It's better to archive a very good quality for later usage than upload the same image in a quality half of what you could've provided.
