Even with filters set to 11 you can't kill all those artifacts.

This usually happens to me either a few main components of greyc are combined with the incorrect strength. You can remove most of it with a higher setting of Gauss Precision (-prec), though you'll have to fix the smaller areas like the bra straps manually since the area is too small for the filter to affect it.
