Yes, the point stroke of "玉" was mirrored to the opposite place, I think the artist draw it like that to prevent mistooking it for "王", because the hand is always covering it. (Although "玉" also has a variant character to "王", but it's very rarely used.) I'm not sure if that is a variant characterChinese word with different stroke or shape but same meaning and usage of "玉", there is a word "玊" but it's not same meaning with "玉".
