From what I can see the whole batch appears to be upscaled, which isn't allowed.

Recovered for now.

Since it's from a trusted scanner StonyCat, I don't think he upscaled it after scanning. Rather it looks more like the whole book is printed with wrong (i.e. insufficient) resolution digital files, thus the pixelated results.
