Okay. I don't want to make a rating war, so can you explain to me why this picture should be rated "questionable", please? It's totally safe, for all what I can see: no nipple, no pantyshot... Naked arms are certainly not sufficient enough to qualify it as Q (it's just she will get a cold later, but it's her problem, not mine), so why? I want to understand.

The default rating is questionable. Just change it to safe if the picture is safe.

The fact is I did it. Twice (look at the post history). And each time, it was reverted. So I'm asking to know if there was a reason for that or if it was just for trolling.

But thanks to your answer, I'm going to "resafe" it a third (and final?) time.

The time of those edits were too close to each other. Maybe those users still kept the rating at Questionable when saving their tag edits after you've changed the rating. Result: rating got "reverted" back to Questionable unintentionally.

Obviously they're just accidents because of editing confliction. Buy yeah, it happens twice in a row what was pretty weird coincidence..
