That's only needed if the name is ambiguous (e.g. there's some other artist or some character of a certain anime has the same name).

If what you said is an alias of the artist, you can put that in the artist's description page.

Oh, thank you. Just created the artist's description page as you suggested and put 'Sciamano240' as alias.
BTW, how did you give me the link to the artist creation page with his name already filled on the artist's name field? Did you just add "?name=mirco_cabbia" to the URL?

I'm so sorry. I thought watermark was also for the artist's watermark, and I thought signed was for the artist's signature. I've been doing it for some time but nobody warned me. I usually read the Wiki when in doubt, but I guess I was not in doubt about these. In fact I think I read about watermark once, but I forgot or missed that it did not apply to the artist's watermark.
Is there a tag for when there's the artist's signature in the picture, like in the picture above? I guess not, right? Not needed.

No worries. Please read that wiki article (watermark), should cover it pretty well (I hope). For now you can use official_watermark, but it's subject to further change
