This is a vector of an image by Igul (http://homepage3.nifty.com/igul/Galleryweb/fujibayasi2.html). Vectoring an image does not make it yours, and you don't have the right to smear it with a ridiculously huge logo (much less two) or anything else. It boggles the mind that when the actual artist didn't put any text or other mess on top of the image, you'd think you should, as if you deserve more credit for the image than the artist himself.

You may add artist tags for yourselves (which isn't something I really agree with, but it's a concession I'm willing to grant), but you don't get to put garbage on top of someone else's art. If you cared about the art at all, you wouldn't have put it there in the first place; it ruins the image.
There is a watermark on the book as well.
petopeto, that was so cold... and true.
Moe accepts vectors, by the way?
We usually don't delete them, but keep it reasonable; quality of a vector render isn't measured by the resolution (a crappy vector rendered at 10000x10000 is still a crappy vector).
I've haven't seen a bad quality vector. Well... of course vectored images are usually retained at very high resolution and quality.

Ok... nvm there are some.
There are some hilariously bad vectors on the AP rip. Hopefully they won't end up here.
