其實最好就是這樣，總好過他跟另外那位在後台進行編輯戰（不只是在這個artist tag上出現）

What about "Re:しましま" still use the "shimashima08123" tag? Should the artist name change to "re:shimashima"?

Because it's not confusing, and shimashima08123 is more or less still her/his ID, just not Japanese one. He/she uses it in his official site domain, email etc.

Keep using an old latin letter name from the new (latin letter) one is confusing for the unfamiliar (not so much in this very case, but you get the idea).

I don't mind to rename "Re:shimashima", but I normally would wait until he/she has any commercial work.

Because we all know that Japanese artists really like to use ambiguous/too short/funny names and often change them.

They typically will settle down with a more formal one once they had commercial work like eroge or light novel.
