Forward the request to Checkmate and then let him decide?

The artist needs to message either Checkmate or other admin with some proof that it's them before any mod can do anything. You never know if it's some random person pretending to the artist.

Edit: Moonian got it covered. I still wondering if the artist want all of their work gone or just the paid rewards? I'm assume the former, but you can never be too sure.

i replied to the user who sent mail to me so that one might make the proof and the elimination request which are HAORI_IO true.

You should so he can verify if the user is the actual artist in question. This is assuming someone else hasn't already messaged him about it.

Edit: Hold up, Do we even do thing like this in the first place? What I mean by this is that Yande.re isn't like Danbooru so would this site be obligated to delete/ban artist works based on the artist request? Even if the deletion request came from the actual artist, would we still be obligated to delete it or not?

Yes, we had already some of this cases.

That's valid ONLY when the person who makes the request is indeed the artist themselves, but NOT an imposter (e.g. someone who HATES that artist and don't want any of their works to be uploaded here).
