Seeing a lot of very explicit or even strong pictures in the original game, just censoring the nipples is... well, stupid. Not like people haven't seen Saber's naked chest before LOL.

It shouldn't be a surprise. The manga is serialized in Shonen Ace, whilst the VN is aimed at the 18+ audience.
