It will be interesting to see if Microsoft abandons the "Series X" name when the console is released in Japan.

I’m not fluent in Japanese, but I believe that the letter "X" can be translated as "batsu," which can mean "incorrect," "impossibility," "futility," "not good," "uselessness," and "punishment."

What makes it worse for Microsoft is the fact that the Japanese have given the "Series X" another nickname - "Shiri X" or "Butt X." :D

Honestly, I can't decide whether or not Microsoft deserves to be mercilessly ridiculed. Regardless of their intentions, it’s a source of constant amusement for the rest of us. :)

They should've called it just xbox and call it a day tbh...
