I would've saved it at it's original JPEG settings in case if people would mistake it as a clean PNG

edit: or use waifu2x to remove jpeg artifacts (medium is best for jpeg 85, which is this case). You're an amazing edior btw so I'm just #justsayin

I made the PNG file to post my edited picture at 100% quality. If I save edited picture by jpeg,It will get more jpeg artifacts.
No one would want that.
There are good and bad things about removing jpeg artifacts, so I think the person who saved it can handle it as they wish.

You can use PNG compression tools like PNGGauntlet or PNG Crush to losslessly reduce the PNG file size if you want.

A JPEG file at 95+% quality with color subsampling disabled will produce no artifacts as well, and will have a much smaller size than a PNG. I always convert the PNGs I download to JPEG 95% to save space on disk.
