we have 'fixed' and 'photoshop' tags, but detexted images are bit different from those.

Can someone write a wiki article on how to properly inline images? I've tried following petopeto instructions on the forum and either get a http://moe.imouto.org/404 or a An error has occurred. Yes the site is broken for some people, lurk in the irc channel (#moe-imouto @ irc.rizon.net) for now
