Yes, but I was so curious to see this picture I checked it (after reading those comments... I got so curious...) Plus I didn't see the tag "pussy" so I thought that I've never heard of any kind of tentacles that does not have this tag-- Plus, sometimes when I'm reading the comments and the picture is blacklisted and I'm very curious to check it, I watch the tags and, if I think it's ok, I open the link, but I don't scroll the page down (I only see the beginning of the picture). If I think it's ok I scroll it down.

I still didn't get what's up on this. o_o' Why is this extreme content?

I agree, seems to be divided into two hemispheres and what looks like the brain stem is sticking out the back at about the right angle, so it's probably supposed to be the brain.

Since when did you switch your blacklists off?

It is a Kidney the size, shape, blood vessel placement as well. that tube sticking out is an artery with a direct feed to the blood stream for obvious reasons, If it was a heart the valve would be much larger, and the overall shape would be quite different. However I'm interested to know what manga this scene refers to. I might be interested in reading it.

I thought those who actually read the comic stated it was "her sister's heart"? Well, I have no reason to doubt either of you, but seeing as how Hitomaru leans toward sexually horrifying scenes and images, not to mention invents some of the most hideous and phallically plausible monsters and hybrids, I'd be leaning toward it being someone's fetus.
