or well actually the particle O(wo) used to describe a passive subject
e.g.: Boushi o tsukuru hito
a guy/woman who used hat
and because the word up there was "Nymph Pantsu o!"
I think the meaning is like that ^^;
I can be wronng thou~ I'm not really a Japanese or something XD correct me if I do wrong~
