Possibly, but she is 2D rather than 3D, and it should be fairly obvious that she's not an actual person in your shower. Still, it could be a bit of a shock.
Looking closely at the image, I'd guess that it's either a sheet or a comforter. The one to ask would have to be admin2 though (assuming that he's the one who scanned it - in either case, as he posted it, he's likely to know more than us).
