None of them have a second eye. It's just that Ritsu's lack of an eye stands out more because she doesn't have any hair blocking her right eye. You really should see at least part of the other girls' right eyes as well. For that matter, Ritsu's lack of hair makes it so that her right eyebrow should have been drawn in as well, but it wasn't.

It appears that someone is stealing the right sides of girls' faces...
