I noticed you're a good fixer, but I haven't added any comments because I'm not sure you're reading comments or not.

but, can you see jpeg_artifacts in your image the original not having? Jpeg is not always bad, though in this image, jpeg compression added needless noises obviously.
if you still have a lossless file, I hope to see it :)

It's a little, (but impossible) at the moment if I have the originals, because I don't have those type of images. Sorry about that. -_-;

But, if the images were fixed, I'll be glad if you or anyone can fix them.

Sorry I have no interest those jpeguish images. I'm mentioning mine, & AMR scans which are uploaded as lossless files.

even if you need to use lossy format because of slow connection speed, please keep same visible quality to lossless ones. your jpeg compression level was always a bit too poor. at least, use more than 95%quality with no downsampling (YCrCb=1x1,1x1,1x1).

Had this one sitting fixed on my HD a little while after the other one got uploaded so I decided to leave it.
