You're fighting a losing battle here. Because it is a Miqo'te, it falls under the licensing of Final fantasy and Nintendo, who evidently have a fair use thing going on cause fanart of the Miqo'te race is EVERYWHERE. Also, TOS are not necessarily legally binding... besides you have no idea if the person who uploaded it even got it directly from YOU. It's likely never going to get deleted, I see at most like... 2 staff working on this site at any given time and most of the time it's Moonian who's overworked as it is

Final fantasy race/character=NOT YOUR COPYRIGHT. According to international copyright law, you technically are infringing on the copyright/"TOS" of nintendo/final fantasy by creating the "Character" at all. Because it is using assets/properties from Nintendo you cannot claim that this is yours exclusively.

While creating the fanart is not illegal, trying to sell it technically is.

XD AT the risk of another "rude" on my account, it isn't even that good yeah. It's kinda generic. it uses the base template of a Miqo'te and adds some bits. It technically falls under the copyright of Final Fantasy but even they wouldn't bother with it. Causing this much of a stink is pointless really

And I always thought Yande.re and other image boards are good for artists. Advertising for their art. Especially for not so popular artists.

I know I've found some good artists here.. This site has led me to searching for patreon pages which I pay for which gets them more money, or gumroad pages to get image collections. Fighting people sharing your art is just... do you not want your art to get noticed? People won't seek you out if you attack them :P

The source is Inspyart's Twitter account and there isn't even a "no reposting" there. No proof Inspyart credits him with any ownership either on his Patreon or Twitter.

Honestly it's kinda shit anyway, so even if it was that person's artwork to begin with, it's not really worth keeping here as blooregardo said earlier. If it was something on the level of like.. zumidraws, sciamano240 or the like then yes by all means claim copyright and get people to purchase it from you instead but... eh. it's a miqo'te it uses their facial characteristics and ear styles and such. Yes it's a "cat girl" but it's specifically a final fantasy catgirl.

It's not a "save" for me, either. On another note, sites like yandere preserves artworks long after their creators take them down. Once the pixiv or twitter account goes, so does their work.

I also just reread this whole thing and I just realized they don't claim they're the artist they claim they commissioned the artwork. To which my reply is HEY BUDDY? You can't claim copyright ownership ON AN ARTISTS ARTWORK. It is not your art. it is the property of the artist which THEY made for YOU. That doesn't mean YOU own the artwork. It means you PAID them to make artwork which THEY shared with you, and you lost all exclusivity when THEY shared it on their patreon, pixiv, twitter or whatever other medium they chose to use. You have no case here.

The source was originally Inspy's DeviantArt account. Changed it back since that's the place the uploaded image came from.

Except the source isn't the twitter, the source is where the person who found the image found the image. He found it on inspyart's deviantart page, which is owned by that artist. You altering a source and tags is just going to get you banned for tag poisoning
