i love the fact that the black haired girl has hearts on her eyes!!! d(-_^)
This IS a genetic disorder. I don't know the name, but technically, the person has both a penis and a vagina where the penis grows out of the vagina's cleft. And yes, the person can have boobs and the penis CAN become erect but cannot produce egg or sperm.

Weird huh...

I'm not sure what the disorder itself is called in medical terms, but the term to describe people who have this genetic disorder is a hermaphrodite.
In greek myth Hermaphroditus was the son of Hermes and Aphrodite. As a young boy was raped by the Naiad (Water nymph) Salmacis. She fused with Hermaphroditus. & Hermaphroditus cursed the fountain she bathed in to turn anyone that bathed/drank from it into both male, & female like himself. Nowadays Hermaphrodite is the term commonly used to describe intersexed specimens.

Edwin Klebs coined the terms Male pseudohermaphrodites; a person which posses testis but not ovary. While female Pseudohermaphrodites posses ovary, & not testis. A True hermaphrodite would have both ovarian, & testicular tissue, & theoretically can self impregnate.

Intersexuality coined in 1923 by Richard Goldschmidt, is the term used more often by doctors these days.

Neither of the conditions, androgen insensitivity syndrome; (a person with a female apperance, and undescended testes,) or Klinefelter's syndrome; (which is a person that has extra chromosomes but usually little affect besides fertility issues.) should be conused with true Hermaphroditism.
alas ,I can say rich imagination ...
hermaphroditism can happen (as very well explained by Atys). Hermaphrodites usually also have a mental retardation problem (and cannot reproduce). What is more common is pseudo-hermaphrodites ("women" with a penis but no "functional" vagina, "men" who have a vagina and atrophied penis<a little bigger than a clitoris). I know some intersexuals (chromosomally male, physically female looking, with atrophied penis)and they actually have a hard time usually because their parents decide at birth, which "sex-reassignment surgery" will be performed on them (aka if they're gonna look like a girl or a boy down there...which totally sucks!)...and well there are always male-to-female transexuals that don't do bottom surgery...that would look like the girl in this pic :P

I didn't want to associate this excellent set of image with mentally handicapped. Thanks. A bunch.

I know that's not what you said exactly, just be glad you're not in my head...
well since this picture was so commented on the issue (Herma-Inter) and i know a couple of persons (which don't have it easy) i felt compelled to say sth...but hey! it's animation! anything is possible! (and i said usually)
