Would choking be considered extreme content?
if she was fighting against it rather than grabbing the pillow, imo.
the wording of the extreme content tag needs completely replaced due to being utter trash, worthless and useless for function.
She's also grabbing at his arm... there's tears coming from her eyes it could just as easily look like she's trying to stop the choking

needs to be a choking/strangulation or something tag to that effect that I can blacklist....
Mods can we maybe get a tag like choking? or some other redefinition of extreme content to include choking?

I don't think so though, what's wrong with this?

My thought exactly. This is normal in AV. Man choke the girl in a short period of time beacuse he want to see her expression, not that he's trying to killing her.

Using the same logic, you could say that torture isn't a big deal because it's not like someone wants to kill you - torture is about inflicting pain, not killing - I'm just saying that's no good reasoning to dismiss chocking as "No big deal"
a choking tag would be functionally much better than making the wording of the extreme content tag even more uselessly vague.

various forms of grabbing each other displayed in sex dont equate to torture. being that vague means you consider boob squeezing an act of torture.

people being strongly adverse to some themes or acts.
The choking isn't just fetish. Cutting off or severely limiting oxygen during climax increases the euphoria associated with it. Its why so many die during autoerotic pleasure (asphyxiation). Always have a "safe word" kitties.
Well at the very least we need a choking tag then for such things like this cause not everyone is into seeing a girl get choked even if it does "increase euphoria"

lmao how do you spell the safe word if you're being suffocated?
Some of us don't want to have to look at this. if a "choke" tag is out of the question, it's either use "extreme content" or add the artist to the blocklist.

I don't see where it can be done, but can a user add a particular post to the blocklist?

As someone who has had BDSM relationships and experiences I can clarify this. If the person wants to say no but are unable to speak usually it's blinking three times, or shaking their head to the right 3 times in quick succession. This indicates to the person who is domming/topping to let their mouth free at which point they can either say the agreed upon safe word, or if their brain is too fuzzy from either oxygen deprivation (in an extreme choking case... nothing I've ever experienced) or just because of sexual energy cluttering the brain... the default safe word is always "Red" red indicating stop, no, etc. even if it isn't the originally agreed on safe word, you can always say the word RED and it indicates stop now. Anyone who refuses to stop at red is usually shunned... word gets around.

Hey if you don't educate people they turn to 50 shades of grey and that shit isn't BDSM that's abuse and cult indoctrination
