Hello, this picture's original image's watermark is written by other people, but there's no proof shows it's a doujin image and no better version I can found.
I deteled the old posts because I cannot upload again with the old post exists

My English is not good.
I have some opinions to say.
1. I don't know how to restore the deleted picture or to view who deleted it
2. This is an image rather than a wallpaper though it has a wallpaper size
3.You can delete the wallpaper tag rather than delete this image
4.Every picture that with a photoshop tag has a photoshop artist
5.Discuss is a better way to solve problem rather than take ways self-assertively.

2. If the image has wallpaper resolution then it is tagged as a wallpaper. You posted a wallpaper.
3. As I said, your wallpaper would be welcome on other sites. We are not here for peoples personal wallpapers.
4. I see your 'work' is a copy of an image from the post #31460 sequence (It isn't on the site, or my drive, for some reason) Don't get me started on 'photoshop artists'
5. You posted a wallpaper without first understanding what we host here, and wonder why it was deleted?

Second, how about 1599*1199? or 2400*1800? or cut to anysize you like? then it is not a "wallpaper size", right?

6.Each picture that with "photoshop" tags must have a artist to photoshop them. So they are also personal pictures too.And no rules showed that the artist can not be the uploader.

If a image is deleted twice, I think that it's completely removed from the index. Maybe another mod deleted it again after you did.

That is true. It would have to be a bit of a coincidence though.

I guess he might have deleted the image if it had been within a day of him posting it.

I just did some actions to make the picture more beautiful :)
Imouto has also hosted lots of photoshopped pictures.
I just want to say these:
If personal art is not allowed, please delete all pictures with "photoshop" tag and doujin pictures first
If wallpaper is not allowed, please first delete them like post #94017
If size is not right, I will resize or cut it until satisfied
If anyone want a picture that just deleted only watermark, I will make another and upload

just forget about photoshop. wall paper, 'usr criated' things e.t.c.
the original image should come first, then tne other variations which has decent quality the origal dosen't have can stay.
it's the only rule i can get it
