Hmmhmmm~ it's Misaka alright for me... there is also a green writing up there "ミサカ" which spelled Misaka
and I also found out that the gun she's wielding is a portable railgun, which I didn't see on strike witches --even though I haven't see the anime actually ^^;--
there is also a word [mobile suit girl there]
Oh and from what I see, the strike witches character usually uses what called strike unit on their legs.

Use Vibrance instead of Saturation.
Using Saturation result in a weird and vivid color shift.

Vibrance and Saturation.

Vibrance can change color more naturally than Saturation.
