No, Yande.re is correct since that is how the artist spells their name on their homepage. If you look at the aliases on Danbooru, urozuki_akira is listed there and Gelbooru has both tags unaliased to each other. utsurogi might have come from their defunct twitter profile if you look at the Danbooru wiki.
