Well, If you ask me this thread or 4chan's artbook threads from its boards are the best english sources for downloading new material so far. So far the chinese sites that we're trying to get content from are as far as I know all are using baidu, and baidu unfortunately seems to be unsupported by alot of premium downloaders.
